Datenschutzerklärung

Diese Website ist ein Lookbook, also eine Präsentation meiner Arbeiten. Es gibt keinen Shop, kein Kundenkonto und kein Kontaktformular. Sie können die gesamte Website besuchen, ohne mir personenbezogene Daten mitzuteilen.

2. Keine Cookies, kein Tracking

Diese Website setzt keine Cookies und speichert keine Informationen auf Ihrem Endgerät (§ 25 TDDDG). Es werden keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Tracking-Dienste eingesetzt. Schriften, Bilder und Videos werden direkt von dieser Website geladen, nicht von Servern Dritter.

3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles

Die Website wird bei Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA gehostet. Beim Aufruf jeder Seite verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Daten:

  • IP-Adresse
  • Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs
  • aufgerufene Seite bzw. Datei
  • Browsertyp und Betriebssystem
  • die zuvor besuchte Seite (Referrer), sofern Ihr Browser sie übermittelt

Diese Daten werden benötigt, um die Website auszuliefern und sie vor Angriffen und Missbrauch zu schützen. Rechtsgrundlage ist mein berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren und funktionsfähigen Internetauftritt (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Logdaten werden nach spätestens 7 Tagen gelöscht. Eine Zusammenführung mit anderen Daten oder eine Auswertung zur Identifizierung von Besuchern findet nicht statt.

Mit Cloudflare besteht ein Vertrag über die Auftragsverarbeitung (Art. 28 DSGVO).

4. Kontakt per E-Mail oder Instagram

Wenn Sie mir eine E-Mail oder eine Nachricht auf Instagram schreiben, verarbeite ich die Daten, die Sie mir mitteilen, in der Regel Ihren Namen, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse oder Ihren Instagram-Namen und den Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht. Ich nutze sie ausschließlich, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, wenn Ihre Anfrage auf einen Vertrag abzielt, und im Übrigen mein berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung von Anfragen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Ihre Nachrichten lösche ich, sobald die Anfrage erledigt ist, spätestens ein Jahr nach dem letzten Kontakt, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.

Für E-Mails nutze ich Gmail von Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Nachrichten auf Instagram werden von Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Irland verarbeitet; dafür gelten zusätzlich die Datenschutzbestimmungen von Instagram.

5. Links zu Instagram

Auf dieser Website befinden sich einfache Links zu meinem Instagram-Profil. Es handelt sich nicht um eingebettete Inhalte oder Plugins: Instagram erhält erst dann Daten, wenn Sie einen Link anklicken. Ab dann gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Instagram.

6. Übermittlung in Drittländer

Cloudflare, Google und Meta können Daten auch in den USA verarbeiten. Die Unternehmen sind nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert, für das die Europäische Kommission einen Angemessenheitsbeschluss erlassen hat (Art. 45 DSGVO).

7. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf:

  • Auskunft über Ihre gespeicherten Daten (Art. 15 DSGVO)
  • Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten (Art. 16 DSGVO)
  • Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO)
  • Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO)
  • Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO)
  • Widerruf einer erteilten Einwilligung mit Wirkung für die Zukunft (Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO)

Widerspruchsrecht: Soweit ich Daten auf Grundlage meines berechtigten Interesses verarbeite (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO), können Sie dieser Verarbeitung aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO).

8. Weitere Hinweise

Sie sind nicht verpflichtet, mir personenbezogene Daten bereitzustellen. Ohne Ihre Kontaktdaten kann ich Ihre Anfrage allerdings nicht beantworten. Eine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung einschließlich Profiling findet nicht statt (Art. 22 DSGVO).

Wenn sich diese Website oder die Rechtslage ändert, passe ich diese Datenschutzerklärung an. Es gilt die jeweils hier veröffentlichte Fassung.

This website is a lookbook, a presentation of my work. There is no shop, no customer account and no contact form. You can visit the whole website without giving me any personal data.

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and stores no information on your device (Section 25 TDDDG). It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. Fonts, images and videos are loaded from this website itself, not from third-party servers.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Whenever a page is requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data:

  • IP address
  • date and time of the request
  • the page or file requested
  • browser type and operating system
  • the previously visited page (referrer), if your browser sends it

This data is needed to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and misuse. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after 7 days at the latest. It is not combined with other data or used to identify visitors.

A data processing agreement with Cloudflare is in place (Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Contact by email or Instagram

If you send me an email or a message on Instagram, I process the data you give me, usually your name, your email address or Instagram name and the content of your message. I use it only to answer your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a possible contract, and otherwise my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I delete your messages once the enquiry is dealt with, and at the latest one year after our last contact, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

For email I use Gmail, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Instagram messages are processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland; Instagram's own privacy policy also applies to them.

5. Links to Instagram

This website contains plain links to my Instagram profile. They are not embedded content or plugins: Instagram receives data only when you click a link. From then on, Instagram's privacy policy applies.

6. Transfers to third countries

Cloudflare, Google and Meta may also process data in the United States. These companies are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

Right to object: where I process data on the basis of my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

A simple email to barbara.levacher@gmail.com is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). You are not obliged to provide personal data. Without your contact details, however, I cannot answer your enquiry. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).
